Privacy
All personal documents and information submitted will be treated with the strictest measures of confidentiality and professionalism. This information will only be relayed and cited on the relevant applications and submissions that we are contracted to execute on your behalf.
Approval & Payments
After the application submission is reviewed a quotation inclusive of the scope of works and costing is supplied to the Client. The Client has to sign and return to approve; and a 60% down-payment is required to have the works started with the other 40% due on or before the completion of the works.
Document Collection
Documents can be delivered within certain areas in Port of Spain free of charge. Delivery can be done at a fee via courier to all other areas.
Consultations

Consultancy Protocols
Consultations can be conducted virtually and in person, with the means of the consultation being up to the desire of the client. Consultations are held in a quiet and private environment to aid in effective and open communication. It is encouraged that if clients choose to conduct the consultancy virtual, that their internet connection
Payments
Clients are required to pay a non-refundable minimum down payment of $400TTD (equivalent rate to one hour) to have their reservation confirmed.
Waivers
Consultancy Fees can be waived or discounted from the final application fees should the client decide to conduct further business after the consultation.

Payment Options
Payments can be made in Trinidad & Tobago via Bank Transfer or Over the Counter Deposit at the Bank.
International Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or PayPal.

Downpayments
Consultations are subject to a non-refundable Minimum Deposit of $400 TTD, which is equivalent to 1 hour of Consultation time.

Applications are subject to a 60% non-refundable minimum Deposit upon approval from the client.

This service at the moment is only offered to Trinidad & Tobago residents. Where you would be able to achieve your filings, protections and activities whilst paying in affordable instalments.
